Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, and put away all dishes, pots, pans, trays, silverware, and utensils.
• Stock and organize areas; restock items as they arrive.
• Keep dish room, walk-in cooler, glassware, flatware and storage areas neat and clean.
• Assist with food preparation when needed.
• Follow health and safety practices and procedures.
• Empty garbage, sweep, mop, and close duties.
