Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience; management of a restaurant with a full bar preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license; satisfactory background check.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with basic mathematical calculations and ability to analyze financial statements.
• Self‑directed, results‑driven, and comfortable working late nights and weekends.
• Track record of effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and enforcing company policies.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for staffing, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of department team members.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the designated department.
• Manage food, beverage, and labor costs within company targets.
• Administer training, certify staff, and conduct performance appraisals.
• Handle guest comments and food‑quality complaints.
• Coordinate with other department managers and support teams.
• Order and maintain inventory of food, paper, and beverage supplies.
• Implement health and safety practices and resolve equipment issues.
