Job summary

IMI Agency is seeking a Data Analyst for Lodging Hospitality to collect, consolidate, analyze, and translate beverage purchasing, sales, and programming data into actionable insights. You will evaluate performance across properties, monitor trends, and align data with guest satisfaction metrics to guide strategic decisions for supplier partnerships and programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in data analytics/ business analytics, marketing, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Strong organizational skills with multiple clients and stakeholders; proficient in dashboards, reporting platforms, AI tools, and other technology.
Proficiency in leveraging AI, data-mining, and emerging analytical technologies to uncover opportunities.
Experience in Hospitality, Supply Chain Beverage Program, or Event Planning, activations, and/or project management.
Experience collecting and analyzing data; experience creating or following program metrics to measure results is a plus.
Project management experience is a plus.
Experience maintaining a database for budgets and records of expenditures; reported frequently.
Experience communicating and presenting effectively with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

Data Collection & Analysis across multiple data sources.
Consolidate and evaluate purchasing and sales data from participating properties.
Analyze beverage sales, revenue, volume, and performance trends.
Evaluate beverage performance across outlets (Restaurants, In-room dining, Lobby bars, etc.).
Analyze market, state, regional, industry, and competitive trends.
Overlay Guest Satisfaction Scores (GSS) and ITR data with beverage program performance.
