Bass Pro Shops – Hospitality Division in Missouri seeks a Business Analyst to transform data into actionable insights for operations, finance, sales, and leadership. You will analyze performance, develop reporting solutions, and support data-driven decisions to optimize guest satisfaction and revenue.

The role requires on-site collaboration with various departments and a strong BI/analytic skillset. This is a full-time, on-site position at Big Cedar Lodge.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, BI, or data analytics.
• Bachelor's degree as listed in the education section.
• Experience with hospitality data systems and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze hospitality performance across occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, guest satisfaction, labor productivity, and revenue.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports using BI tools.
• Translate business requirements into reporting/analytic solutions and present insights to executives.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance planning processes.
• Validate data accuracy across multiple systems and data sources.
