Beau Ridge at Oxford Farms, Oxford’s locally owned independent senior living community, seeks an energetic Hospitality Coordinator to blend restaurant hospitality with senior living. This leadership role sits at the heart of our dietary team, shaping dining experiences for residents and families.

You’ll lead, train, schedule, and coordinate with kitchen and care teams, ensuring exceptional service and a warm, welcoming environment every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and mentor our dining room team.
