Beau Ridge at Oxford Farms, Oxford’s locally owned independent senior living community, seeks an energetic Hospitality Coordinator to blend restaurant hospitality with senior living. This leadership role sits at the heart of our dietary team, shaping dining experiences for residents and families.

You’ll lead, train, schedule, and coordinate with kitchen and care teams, ensuring exceptional service and a warm, welcoming environment every day.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality leadership.
• Coaching or mentoring teams.
• Attention to detail and service quality.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and mentor dining room team.
• Train new team members in hospitality standards.
• Create monthly server schedules and coordinate staffing needs.
• Improve communication between kitchen and dining room.
• Ensure meals are delivered with outstanding service and accuracy.
• Engage with residents during meals and gather feedback.
• Help develop restaurant-style systems for efficiency.
• Assist with menu planning, recipe development, and ordering.
• Maintain a welcoming dining room environment.
• Coordinate hospitality for events and celebrations.
• Create memorable moments for residents and families.
