Beau Ridge at Oxford Farms in Oxford, MS is seeking an energetic Hospitality Coordinator to join our Dietary Team. This role blends restaurant hospitality with senior living, offering a leadership path beyond a traditional dining room position.

You will lead the dining room, train new staff, manage monthly schedules, and coordinate event hospitality, while ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership or customer service leadership.
• Experience in restaurants/hotels/senior living.
• Coaching and developing team members.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor dining room team.
• Train new team members in hospitality standards and service excellence.
• Create monthly server schedules and coordinate staffing needs.
• Build strong communication between the kitchen and dining room teams.
• Ensure every meal is delivered with outstanding service, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Visit with residents during meals, gather feedback, and advocate for their experience.
• Help develop restaurant-style systems that improve efficiency and consistency.
• Assist with menu planning, recipe development, food ordering, and special dining initiatives.
• Maintain a beautiful, welcoming dining room environment.
• Coordinate hospitality for birthdays, anniversaries, marketing events, social hours, and community celebrations.
• Help create memorable moments that residents and families will never forget.
