Job summary

Los Poblanos LP is seeking a Guest Services Agent to join the Inn Front Desk team. You will greet guests, manage reservations, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and provide attentive service across the property in a friendly, professional manner.

Expect a varied schedule at a landmark property in New Mexico, with opportunities to collaborate with the restaurant, spa, and boutique inn teams. Prior hospitality experience is preferred and a commitment to superior guest experiences is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Friendly, goal‑oriented, and outgoing with great people skills.
• Able to read, comprehend and write short/mid-length instructions with excellent verbal communication.
• Completion of High School Diploma.
• Able to work in a high-activity, service-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft programs and intermediate computer skills.
• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, reach for 8–10 hours per day.
• Must lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willing to work varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must wear the approved uniform during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Assist guests with check-ins/check-outs and reservations.
• Deliver items to guest rooms and respond to guest requests.
• Maintain guest room readiness and security on property.
• Answer phones, process room reservations and settlements.
• Generate reports and perform routine office tasks.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and guest inquiries.
• Communicate with guests via text or email to confirm details.
