Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hospitality or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to sit/stand for 8–10 hours and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with needs.
• Receive and maintain Inn and Restaurant reservations and inform guests of packages.
• Assist with check-ins, deliveries to guest rooms, and responding to guest requests.
• Respond to guest communications via phone, email, or text and confirm details.
• Generate reports and perform routine office tasks to support front desk operations.
• Maintain property security and assist guests with directions, taxis, and emergencies.
