Hyatt's Rizzo Center seeks an Accounting Specialist to support pre-arrival and post-departure billing for events and group business. You will manage invoices, deposits, and prepayments, monitor City Ledger charges, and provide clients with supporting documentation.

Role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and timely communication with guests and planners. You will collaborate with colleagues across the organization and ensure smooth financial operations.

• Comfortable using computers, learning new software, and navigating multiple systems.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, review, and update invoices throughout the billing cycle.
• Distribute invoices daily to in-house clients and planners.
• Post deposits and prepayments for group bookings.
• Provide clients and planners with required supporting documentation.
• Monitor and review City Ledger charges.
• Conduct collection activities within approved billing terms.
• Meet daily and weekly deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling customer and financial information.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guests, clients, planners, and coworkers.
• Escalate issues affecting customer experience.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
