Loews Philadelphia Hotel is seeking a detail-oriented Group Billing Coordinator to support property financial operations, including invoicing, payments, and billing tracking. You’ll ensure accurate records, timely collections, and positive cash flow for events and group stays.

You will collaborate with M&E, Finance, and service teams, perform on-site billing reviews, and maintain confidentiality. Strong communication and system skills are essential in this fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of billing experience is required.
• 1–2 years customer-facing experience in hospitality or finance environment.
• Knowledge of computer-based software for Accounting, Property and POS management systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software and applications.

Responsabilités

• Complete group billing reviews and ensure accuracy.
• Monitor direct billing/approval process and settle balances.
• Verify accounts and apply contractual concessions and tax exemptions.
• Reconcile banquet checks to group resumes and coordinate revisions with teams.
• Provide missing information to the Financial Service Center and resolve discrepancies.
