Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in the United States, focused on delivering exceptional client experiences and representing our brand with warmth and professionalism. You will welcome clients, help them with accounts, and guide them through digital banking tools to meet their financial goals.

You will work with branch teammates to provide attentive service, manage routine branch operations, and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients entering the branch.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and providing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices in compliance with policies.
