Job summary

Encore Global in Park City, UT is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality setting. You will ensure flawless events through precise setup, operation, and breakdown while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

You will work with hotel clients on site, monitor events, troubleshoot equipment and software issues, and follow established company procedures to process orders and finalize invoices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment as listed in qualifications.
• Exceed expectations of internal and external customers and maintain positive client relationships.
• Meet with guests on site to ensure equipment works properly and needs are met.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues and resolve problems promptly.
• Follow company processes and complete systems entry and paperwork accurately.
