Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set up, operation, and breakdown of basic audiovisual equipment to ensure flawless events.
• Exceed client expectations through effective communication and strong customer service.
• Understand technical aspects and troubleshoot equipment/software issues as needed.
• Complete systems entry, paperwork, and invoicing with the events team and clients.
