Job summary
Kasa, a tech-enabled hospitality brand, is hiring a Hospitality Associate in Chicago to be the heart of the onsite guest experience at Kasa Lakeshore. You will balance physical presence with digital tools, reporting to the Operations Manager and collaborating with Guest Experience and Property Operations teams, ensuring smooth stays for guests.
Required are 2 years in hospitality or 2 years in customer service, 1 year in guest service, and a strong comfort with technology and learning new
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of hospitality experience; or at least 2 years in customer service.
- At least 1 year of guest service experience.
- Strong affinity for technology and learning new systems.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests during check-in and address immediate needs or requests.
- Provide local recommendations to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain common areas and perform quality checks using Safety Culture after each clean.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest readiness and events.
- Address guest requests and troubleshoot issues via Breezeway and other tools.
