Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed — uphold top-notch hospitality and service standards.
• Act as the leader on duty to ensure speed, accuracy and a positive guest experience.
• Train and develop crew using Chipotle's training tools.
• Ensure digital orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, P&L, sales forecasting, and recruitment.
• Keep dining room clean and restaurant guest-ready.
• Uphold food safety and compliance standards.
• Work a standard 50-hour week with overtime when needed.
