OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels is seeking an Applications Support Technician II to join our on-site team. You will support our operational software applications and coordinate processes for business operations.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree or 3–4 years of experience, hospitality systems experience preferred, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. On-call rotation after hours and weekend support are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3-4 years of industry education, training or experience preferred.
• Experience with Hospitality systems highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support the organization's repository of operational software applications through best practices and management vendors.
• Plan and coordinate processes required for the provision of user applications and systems for business operations.
• Guide and assist the user group on issues related to mission-critical information and software systems; participate in on-call rotation.
