Job summary

OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels in Hawaii is seeking a maintenance professional to install, repair, service and maintain FF&E and building systems. You will act as the supervisor on duty during night shifts and assist with room calls as needed.

Trade or vocational school graduate required with 2-5 years in building maintenance; hotel industry experience preferred. Base pay starts at $33.09 per hour, with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, a 401K, recognition programs, EAP and

Job Duties

Installs, repairs, services, inspects, tests and maintains furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), facilities and/or the following systems; life safety, heating, cooling, plumbing, ventilation, water, electrical and mechanical. Will act as the supervisor on duty during the night shifts and assist with room calls as needed.

Trade or Vocation School graduate desired. 2-5 years of work experience in building maintenance is required. Work experience within the hotel industry is preferred. Working knowledge of one or more trades desired (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, A/C refrigeration, landscaping) depending on the individual property needs.
