Job summary

Desert Springs Post Acute in Palm Desert, CA is seeking a compassionate Hospitality Aide to join our team. This non-clinical role supports residents and assists the nursing staff by delivering comfort items, aiding with daily activities, and helping create a welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.

You will welcome new residents, assist with orientation, escort residents to activities, and help maintain clean rooms and common areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, caregiving, or healthcare experience is a plus.
• Friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and move supplies as needed.

Responsibilities

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE

Desert Springs Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and customer-service-oriented Hospitality Aide to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in healthcare who enjoy helping others and creating a welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.

As a Hospitality Aide, you will provide non-clinical support to residents and assist the nursing team with tasks that enhance resident comfort, satisfaction, and quality of life.
