Desert Springs Post Acute in Palm Desert, CA is seeking a compassionate Hospitality Aide to join our team. This role provides non-clinical support to residents and assists the nursing team to enhance comfort and quality of life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, caregiving, or healthcare is a plus.
• Friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and assist with orientation to the facility.
• Deliver water, snacks, meals, and other comfort items as requested.
• Assist residents with non-clinical needs and daily comfort measures.
• Escort residents to activities, appointments, and dining areas.
• Maintain clean, organized resident rooms and common areas.
• Restock supplies throughout the facility.
• Assist with resident engagement and social activities.
• Answer call lights and communicate resident needs to nursing staff.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
• Support the nursing team with non-direct care tasks as assigned.
