Desert Springs Post Acute in Palm Desert, CA, is seeking a Hospitality Aide to welcome residents, deliver comfort items, and assist with daily activities. The role supports the nursing team and focuses on high-quality resident experiences.

The position offers opportunities to gain healthcare exposure, work with a supportive team, and contribute to meaningful post-acute care. Pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, DOE, with on-site work in a vibrant facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, caregiving, or healthcare experience is a plus.
• Friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and move supplies as needed.
