Job summary

Live Well Healthcare Solutions, Palm Springs Post Acute, is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our compassionate team.

You will follow diet orders, prep and serve meals, maintain hygienic work areas, and operate dietary equipment. We value reliability and a patient-centered approach; full-time benefits include PTO and insurance; must be available every other weekend.

• Ability to perform routine tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Patient, tolerant, and compassionate attitude towards residents and team members.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and daily work assignments accurately.
• Prepare food items, serve meal trays, and handle soiled dishes with care and attention to hygiene.
• Operate dietary equipment and maintain clean, sanitized work areas in compliance with safety standards.
• Work comfortably around cleaning agents and routine sanitation chemicals.
