Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Welcome new residents and assist with orientation to the facility.
• Deliver water, snacks, meals and other comfort items as requested.
• Assist residents with non-clinical needs and daily comfort measures.
• Escort residents to activities, appointments, and dining areas.
• Maintain clean, organized resident rooms and common areas.
• Restock supplies throughout the facility.
• Assist with resident engagement and social activities.
• Answer call lights and communicate needs to nursing staff.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families and visitors.
• Support the nursing team with non-direct care tasks as assigned.
