Shaw Industries Group in Dalton, GA seeks an SIS Account Manager for Hospitality to lead the end-to-end account service for assigned annuity clients. You will coordinate onboarding, service programs, and ongoing relationships with internal teams and external partners.

The role requires precise coordination of pricing, contracting, and scheduling, along with timely responses to requests and issues. Travel to support key accounts will be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and a minimum of three years of relevant administrative, customer service, account support, project coordination, or related experience.
• A two-year degree or relevant collegiate coursework is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional interaction across customers, Sales, and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for hospitality clients and manage all account service activities from onboarding to ongoing annuity relationships.
• Receive requests, coordinate across internal and external partners, and ensure timely, accurate follow-up and completion.
• Manage service programs executed via SIS systems; maintain contract requirements, pricing, and reporting processes.
• Maintain accurate account information, coordinate orders, and track schedules, proposals, pricing, and freight or installation details.
• Monitor project milestones, respond to RFIs, and help ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Travel as needed to support customer relationships, projects, and service-program requirements.
