Shaw Contract EMEA is seeking an SIS Account Manager- Hospitality to serve as the main contact for assigned hospitality annuity clients. You will manage all account-service aspects, onboard new accounts, implement service programs, and maintain long-term relationships with hotels and other hospitality customers.

Competenze

• Minimum three years in administrative, customer service, or project coordination roles.
• Experience with hospitality accounts is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

• Serve as primary contact for hospitality clients and manage account service from onboarding to annuity relationships.
• Coordinate across internal/external teams to fulfill project requests and schedules.
• Monitor contract requirements, pricing, and order progression through to completion.
• Travel as needed to support customer relationships and projects.
