Job summary

Shaw Industries Group is seeking an SIS Account Coordinator to support Account Managers handling annuity clients within the hospitality segment. You will assist with proposal responses, orders, invoicing, and project closeout, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up across multiple accounts and projects.

The role involves detailed product/brand standards, coordination with Customer Service and Transportation, and maintaining project data in WinBid.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and 3+ years of administrative, customer service, order-management, project-support, or related experience.

Responsibilities

Support Account Managers in responding to requests for project proposals.
Assist with daily account-management activities, customer requests, and project-related tasks assigned by the Account Manager or Business Manager.
Support the segment with special projects as directed by the Account Manager or Business Manager.
Set up and maintain customer accounts and project information in WinBid.
Support daily order-processing activities through WinBid, wholesale, e-commerce, and other applicable systems.
Review and verify scopes of work, purchase orders, job details, pricing information, and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Obtain purchase orders and job details from customer websites and designated account platforms.
