Shaw Industries in Dalton, GA is seeking a SIS Account Coordinator- Hospitality to support Account Managers with project proposals, orders, and billing activities. The role emphasizes detailed follow-through, accurate documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery and successful project closeouts.

The position requires strong organizational skills, multitasking and clear communication with internal teams and external partners.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED and three+ years in administrative, customer service, order-management, or project-support roles.
• Ability to work from the Dalton, GA office at least two days per week.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to follow processes and communicate exceptions, missing information, and risks.

Mansioni

• Support Account Managers in responding to project proposals.
• Assist with daily account-management tasks and project-related activities.
• Support the segment with special projects as directed by the Manager.
• Set up and maintain customer accounts and project information in WinBid.
• Process daily order activity through WinBid, wholesale, e-commerce, and other systems.
• Review scopes of work, PO details, pricing, and documentation for accuracy.
• Obtain PO and project details from customer sites and platforms.
• Upload POs and docs into the systems and generate WinBid POs on time.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Transportation for material orders.
• Monitor order status, schedules, shipments, and delivery requirements; escalate when needed.
• Help coordinate timely product delivery based on project/install requirements.
• Manage inventory allocation to accounts and projects.
