Shaw Industries Ltd is seeking an Account Coordinator to assist Account Managers serving annuity clients in hospitality and other segments. You will manage proposals, orders, project data, and billing, coordinating shipments and inventory across systems.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 3+ years in admin or customer service, and the ability to work from Dalton, GA two days per week. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3+ years in admin, customer service, or related role.
• Ability to work from the Dalton, GA office at least two days per week.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for internal/external stakeholders.
• Experience with order-management systems (WinBid) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers in preparing project proposals.
• Assist with daily account-management activities and project tasks.
• Set up and maintain customer accounts and project information in WinBid.
• Process orders and coordinate shipments across systems.
• Monitor order status, schedules, and delivery requirements, escalating as needed.
• Prepare and enter payable/receivable invoices and support billing.
