Job summary

Shaw Industries Ltd. is seeking an SIS Account Manager - Hospitality to serve as the main liaison for hospitality annuity clients, coordinating onboarding, service programs, and ongoing relationship management.

You will partner with SIS Business Managers to ensure accurate execution of complex requirements and timely installations. The role emphasizes detailed account coordination, pricing alignment, and proactive communication with internal teams and customers to sustain profitable service

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in admin, customer service, account support, or related experience.
• Two-year degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication required.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Experience with WinBid or SIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for hospitality clients and manage account service.
• Onboard new accounts and implement service programs.
• Coordinate requests across internal and external partners.
• Manage orders, pricing, and scheduling.
• Monitor contract terms and pricing agreements.
• Travel to support customer relationships as needed.
