Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking an Accounting/People Support Manager to oversee hotel accounting and Human Resources functions, ensuring compliance with state and federal standards. The role requires coordinating with centralized People Support and maintaining accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate will manage the accounting team, monitor internal controls, and support budgeting, forecasting, and payroll coordination. This is a hands-on role with evolving duties across property operations.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel accounting and Human Resources functions.
• Plan and organize the work of the hotel accounting team.
• Review ledger account reconciliations (bank statements, assets, liabilities, credit cards).
• Oversee internal audit standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate payroll functions with corporate accounting.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and provide financial analysis.

Education

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
