Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality accounting is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring they perform to brand standards.
• Plan and organize the work of the hotel accounting team to meet reporting deadlines.
• Review ledger reconciliations including bank statements, assets, liabilities and credit cards.
• Oversee internal audit standards and ensure compliance.
• Review invoices and sign disbursement checks.
• Coordinate and review monthly financial statements for accuracy.
• Provide analysis on financial trends, variance, budgeting and forecasting.
