Beauport Hospitality Group is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to support our portfolio of properties. You will work with the Controller on bookkeeping, payroll, AP/AR, and monthly close, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The role requires proficiency in QuickBooks and payroll processing, with experience in M3 Accounting Core and Paylocity considered a plus, along with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in QuickBooks required; experience with M3 Accounting Core is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks in our accounting software platforms (M3 Accounting Core, QuickBooks), including AP/AR.
