Job summary

Qualifications

• College courses in an associated or related field and/or related experience in a Hotel or Hospitality environment.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel; basic Word.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable and Payroll preferred; Opera PMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare payroll and input timekeeping data daily and bi-weekly.
• Maintain daily accounts receivable, billing, and collections.
• Reconcile invoices and support monthly close processes.
• Provide accurate financial reporting and assist in improving internal controls.
