Canteen, a division of Compass Group, is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to support the financial and administrative backbone of our operations. You will partner with the operations team to ensure accuracy and smooth day-to-day processes in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Requires meticulous bookkeeping and accuracy in financial records.
• Experience with payroll, AP/AR, and reconciliation processes preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll and submit HR forms accurately and on time.
• Process vendor payables, prepare payment requests, and manage journal entries.
• Maintain client accounts, prepare AR invoices, and follow up on delinquent accounts.
