Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a physician practice (preferred).
• Billing and coding experience in a physician practice (preferred).
• Patient care experience in a physician practice (preferred).
• Experience with revenue cycle management and coding/billing standards (preferred).
• Knowledge of physician coding, billing, and regulatory requirements (required).

Responsibilities

• Manage offices in a cost-effective, efficient manner to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Oversee startup of new physician practices and credentialing activities.
• Coordinate staffing, training, performance evaluations, and policy compliance.
• Assist with budgeting, management of departments, and revenue cycle processes.
• Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and patient rights to improve operations.
