Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment seeks a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in Henry, Illinois post-acute and skilled nursing facilities. The role offers flexible scheduling, clinical autonomy, and a collaborative team with intuitive technology.

Shifts are six hours with rounds starting between 7:00–10:00 am; no on-call or overnight requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license to practice in Illinois.
• Current national board certification through ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN for Nurse Practitioners, or NCCPA for Physician Assistants.
• Relevant clinical background in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, general practice, physical medicine and rehabilitation, geriatrics, or related.
• Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to practice independently within your scope while collaborating with facility teams.
