Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment seeks a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver patient-centered primary care in skilled nursing facilities across Clarksville and Dickson, TN. Expect six-hour rounds, no call or overnight shifts, and 15–20 patient visits daily.

You will work with physicians and facility staff to manage acute and chronic conditions, follow evidence-based plans, and ensure regulatory compliance while using an iPad on LTE.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted U.S. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board Certification: Nurse Practitioners (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN) or Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible: FM, IM, Geri, PM&R or ED.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
