Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking a dedicated Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide care across local skilled nursing facilities in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

This part-time opportunity offers flexible scheduling, a collaborative practice environment, and a meaningful impact on post-acute and long-term patient health. As the attending physician, you will lead clinical teams, collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, and provide oversight

Qualifications

• Active MD or DO, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible: FM, IM, Geri, PM&R & ED
• Excellent communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Provide care across local skilled nursing facilities in Murfreesboro, TN.
• Partner with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver comprehensive care.
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight within assigned facilities.
• Maintain a flexible part-time schedule with 1–2 days per week per facility; no on-call or overnight shifts; 18–25 visits per day.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide exceptional care across local skilled nursing facilities in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. As the attending physician, you will partner with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care while providing clinical leadership and oversight within assigned facilities.

Position Highlights
