Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide patient-centered primary care in skilled nursing facilities around Evansville, IN.

No call or overnight shifts with six-hour rounds and 15–20 patient visits daily. You'll collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans while adhering to clinical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted U.S. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board Certification or Board Eligible in FM, IM, Geri, PM&R or ED.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills.

Join our growing healthcareteam providing patient-centered primary care to residents in skilled nursingfacilities throughout Evansville, Indiana. This full-time position offers aflexible schedule, no call or overnight responsibilities, and the opportunityto work collaboratively with physicians and facility staff to deliverhigh-quality, evidence-based care.

Position Highlights

• Full-time with flexiblescheduling
• Six-hour facility shifts;rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• No call or overnight shifts
• Average 15–20 patient visitsper day

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted U.S.Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Board Certification, NursePractitioners: ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN. Physician Assistants: NCCPA
