Job summary

Clean Harbors in Denver, CO is seeking an InSite Operations Manager to oversee the management of waste generated at our customer site, dealing with hospital compliance and waste management. The role requires traveling to multiple hospital sites and ensuring adherence to environmental and safety standards.

You will support Program Managers, coordinate with CHES InSite Services and branch teams, and manage daily operations under the Mountain District Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial management or logistics and sales.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations (RCRA, DOT, TSCA).
• Leadership experience.
• Able to perform physical functions.
• Background check, drug test, and medical clearance.
• HEP vaccine completion.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and always acting in a safe manner
• Resolve job related issues such as billing, collections, customer issues and post-job follow-up
• Meet with customers to proactively resolve customer issues or complaints
• Maintain satisfactory customer relationship
• Responsible for maintaining customer and CHES spreadsheets
• Follow all local, state (provincial) and federal compliance regulations and rules
• Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state (provincial) and federal requirement
• Safely observe all corporate operating guidelines and procedures
• Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned
