Job summary

Metropolitian Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a part-time Valet to greet patients and visitors with a friendly attitude and provide safe parking services at the hospital entrance.

You will drive and retrieve vehicles, assist guests with bags, and ensure a smooth experience from arrival to departure while maintaining privacy and professionalism. Flexible scheduling and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S.
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and health screenings.
• Excellent communication and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive, park, and retrieve vehicles following traffic laws.
• Greet every guest with a warm and professional attitude.
• Help patients and visitors with directions, bags, and getting in or out of vehicles.
• Check for and note any damage on vehicles before handling them.
• Record ticket numbers and parking locations accurately.
• Explain parking rates and valet process to patients and visitors.
• Report accidents to supervisor or Lane Captain.
• Keep the valet area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
