Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic math with time and money; understand 24-hour and military time.
• Must speak/read/write English fluently.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.; background checks and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive, park, and retrieve vehicles while following traffic laws.
• Greet guests warmly and maintain a professional attitude.
• Assist patients/visitors with directions, bags, and accessing vehicles.
• Note any vehicle damage before handling; record ticket numbers and locations.
• Explain parking rates and valet process to guests.
• Report accidents to supervisor; maintain a clean and safe valet area.
• Maintain patient privacy per HIPAA; perform other duties as assigned.
