TownePlace Suites Salt Lake City - Downtown is hiring a part-time valet for Saturdays and Sundays, 3pm–11pm. You will warmly welcome guests, park and retrieve cars, and assist with parking procedures and local information. This role requires a 21+ status, a valid license, and reliable, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+, pass a mandatory background check and drug test.
• Must possess a valid driver license with clean driving record.
• A calm, service-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles.
• Ability to effectively monitor hotel for any safety/security issues.
• Strong communication skills.
• This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 40 pounds occasionally, walking and running during high business levels to retrieve cars.
• High school education or equivalent experience is required, with prior customer service experience helpful.
• Previous cash handling experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests warmly and professionally.
• Park, secure, and retrieve vehicles efficiently.
• Answer guest questions about the property and local area.
• Explain parking procedures to guests.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist guests with parking-related issues as they arise.
• Keep public areas clear and safe, including snow removal in winter.
• Handle cash transactions following departmental procedures
