Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Previous customer service knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for inbound phone calls to Mercy Medical Center.
• Prioritize, screen, paging, and redirect inbound calls to appropriate locations.
• Respond to internal emergency incidents via emergency phone lines and announce codes clearly and calmly.
• Coordinate with Mercy Answering Service for triaging patient calls.
• Communicate effectively with providers, department managers, and medical staff.
• Monitor and triage medical alarm notifications.
• Collaborate with Security and Emergency Management for communications and safety.
• Maintain documented Telecom protocols and procedures.
