Cedars-Sinai is seeking a Telecom Operator II to manage incoming and outgoing calls for the Medical Center. You will handle patient location calls, respond to emergency codes, and coordinate with Security and Clinical Staff.

The role requires fast, accurate communication and weekend availability. Responsibilities include processing calls via a PC-based PBX console, maintaining timely and professional service, and supporting after-hours operations.

Competenze

• At least 6 months in a call center, doctor's front office, or answering service setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly with callers and listen carefully.
• Good computer skills and proficiency with MS Office applications.

Mansioni

• Answer and advise all incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
• Monitor and route calls to appropriate departments and staff.
• Take messages accurately for the 24 Hours Answering Service.
