Job summary

University Health is seeking a nurse recruiter to manage end-to-end recruiting, matching and placement for hospital vacancies. You will represent designated recruiting functions, source qualified healthcare professionals, screen candidates and refer only the qualified to department supervisors for final approval.

You will assist the Director of Recruitment and Employee Services with staff projects and events, contributing to a smooth hiring process across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Nursing required.
• Four or more years of recruitment experience preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of employee interview techniques and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform recruiting, matching and placement of applicants to department vacancies to hire qualified professionals for University Health System.
• Represent UHat designated recruiting functions.
• Develop sources of qualified health care professionals.
• Screen candidates to ensure qualified prospects are referred to department supervisors for final approval.
• Assist the Director of Recruitment and Employee Services with staff functions, projects and event coordination.
