Qualifications

• Availability: Saturdays and Sundays 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, with additional weekday hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receives and relays internal and external calls and provides general information.
• Troubleshoots system issues when needed.
• Communicates codes, alerts and other announcements according to policies.
• Operates beeper and paging system to contact hospital personnel and code team.
• Uses desk directories and reference materials to assist callers.
