Qualifications

• Keyboard and basic computer skills for email and internet use.

Responsibilities

• Operate the medical center switchboard and respond to internal and external calls.
• Page inquiries, codes and overhead paging requests.
• Perform clerical duties: faxing, copying, scanning, filing and documenting information as needed.
• Assist with telecommunication devices (phones, cell phones and pagers) swaps and activations.
