Job Summary Operates the medical center switchboard and responds to internal and external calls, paging inquiry, codes and/or overhead paging requests. Performs general clerical duties including and not limited to faxing, copying, scanning, filing and documenting information as needed. Assistance in working with telecommunication devices (phones, cell phones and pagers- swaps and activations) is required.
Essential Functions MMC Telephone directory, paging vendor program, emergency notification system.
Read emails daily.
High School Diploma or GED Required.
At least three years of Telecommunications preferred.
General office equipment includes telephone, fax, copier, and scanner.
Outlook, Word, Excel, Windows, Internet browsing needed for computer skill set.
Working knowledge of basic smart phones and pagers.
OHS Fit Test Required.
OHS Annual Assessment Required.
