Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years’ satisfactory service in the HA or 2 years’ supervisory experience in hospitals, hotels, cleansing service or facilities management.
• Must demonstrate ability to lead and supervise staff.
• Good communication skills and basic IT literacy (emails, spreadsheets).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise teams across domestic services, linen exchange, security, carpark management, transport, waste management, green management and safety.
• Assist seniors to plan and monitor services, including outsourced contracts.
• Assist in staff training for Hospital Accreditation.
• Handle incidents during emergencies and disasters and prepare logistics and reports.
• Coordinate with department heads and contractors to monitor service quality.
• Manage staff rosters, records, discipline and performance monitoring.
• Maintain stock of materials and equipment.
• Oversee security guarding, crowd control and workplace safety as needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
